Questions people ask

Do I need any technical knowledge?

None at all. You tell us about your business and approve the result. We handle the domain, hosting, set-up, updates and everything else.

Is there a contract?

No long contract. Plans are monthly rolling. During our Winter Special there's no setup fee on the website plans, and in return a 3-month minimum term. The AI Receptionist plan is monthly rolling from day one.

Can I keep my existing domain name?

Yes. We'll connect your existing domain, or help you register a new one.

Will my website look like a template?

No. Every site is assembled from our design system with its own layout, typography, colours and imagery. See the example concepts above.

What does the AI say if it doesn't know something?

It says so, and offers to book a visit, arrange a callback or give your phone number. It only answers from information you've approved. It won't make up prices, qualifications or availability.

How is the AI receptionist charged?

On its own it's the AI Receptionist plan. With a website plan it's an optional add-on with a choice of minute bundles. Starter is £25 a month including 100 minutes, then 20p a minute; Busy is £59 a month including 400 minutes, then 15p a minute. You'll see your usage every month, and you can switch bundle, add or remove it at any time.

How does setting up work?

You sign up, fill in a short form about your business, approve the website we build, then switch on your app, diary and (if you have it) receptionist. Our Getting set up guide walks through every step.

Do I get an app?

Yes, every plan includes your own business app, in your colours. It shows your bookings, messages from your website and phone receptionist, your team and your availability. It works on iPhone and Android: you add it to your home screen from a link, with no app store and no password.

Can you guarantee I'll rank first on Google?

No one honestly can. We build your site to search-engine best practice, keep your business information consistent and monitor performance. Then show you what's working.
