What you can ask for
- A copy of the personal data we hold about you (subject access).
- Correction of anything inaccurate.
- Deletion of your data, where we don't need to keep it for legal reasons.
- Restriction of, or objection to, how we use it.
- Your data in a portable format.
- Withdrawal of any consent you've given (for example, marketing emails).
How we handle requests
Use the form below. We may ask you to confirm your identity before releasing data. We respond within one month, free of charge.
If your data was collected by one of our business customers (for example, you booked with a business whose website we run), we'll pass your request to them and help them respond.
