From sign-up to fully running, step by step.
No technical knowledge needed — we do the building. Here's what happens, what we'll ask you for, and how to switch everything on.
Sign up and pay
Choose a plan, pay the setup fee and first month by card or Direct Debit.
Which plan should I choose?
Essentials (£49/month) gives you a professionally designed, managed website with an AI assistant, online booking, your business app and 2 helpful articles a month.
Growth (£99/month) adds ongoing local SEO, 4 articles a month, a page for each town you cover, Google Business Profile posts and a monthly report.
You can switch plans later — just ask.
What's the founding offer?
Our first 20 customers get Growth for the Essentials price — £49 a month and £149 setup — guaranteed for 12 months.
Card or Direct Debit?
Either. Card payments go through Stripe and Direct Debits through GoCardless — we never see your card or bank details. Direct Debits are covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
I have a discount code
Enter it under "Have a discount code?" at checkout — you'll see the saving straight away.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel any time.
Tell us about your business
A short online form. It saves as you go, so you can do it in stages.
What will I need?
Your services (and any prices you want shown), opening hours, the towns or postcodes you cover, any qualifications or memberships (with registration numbers), and a few questions customers often ask you.
Your logo, brand colours and some photos of your work if you have them (see below).
Logo requirements
SVG (best), or PNG with a transparent background at least 1000 px wide, or PDF. Up to 10 MB.
Ask your designer for the "vector" or "SVG" version if you can. Please don't send a screenshot or a photo of a sign.
Photo requirements
JPEG, PNG or WebP, at least 1600 px on the longest side (most phone photos are fine). Up to 10 MB each, 25 photos.
Landscape photos work best for banners. Bright, sharp photos of real jobs beat stock images every time. Only include people who've agreed to be on your website.
I don't have a logo or brand colours
No problem — skip those questions and we'll design around your business.
Why do you ask me to confirm details?
Your website, assistant and receptionist only ever state facts you've confirmed — prices, hours, areas, qualifications. Anything you haven't confirmed stays off your website. It's how we make sure the AI never makes things up.
Review and approve your website
We build it, then email you a private link to look around.
How do I review it?
Open the link on your phone and computer and look at every page. Then either press "Approve" or tell us what to change — as many rounds as you need.
Can people see it before I approve it?
No. It's hidden from Google and the public until you approve it and it goes live.
What if something's wrong later?
Message us any time. Essentials includes a small change each month; Growth includes priority changes.
Your web address (domain)
Use the one you have, or we'll register a new .co.uk for you.
I already have a domain
We'll send you simple steps to point it at your new website (it's a small change at whoever you bought it from), or you can give us access and we'll do it. Your email keeps working as it is.
I need a domain
A .co.uk is included in your setup. We register it in your business's name, so it's always yours — even if you leave.
Is it secure?
Yes — every website gets a free security certificate (the padlock) that renews automatically.
Your business app
Bookings, messages, team and availability on your phone — in your colours.
How do I get it?
Once you've approved your website and your first payment has gone through, we email you a link. Open it on your phone and add it to your home screen:
iPhone: open the link in Safari → tap the Share button → "Add to Home Screen".
Android: open the link in Chrome → tap "Install app" (or ⋮ → "Add to Home screen").
How do I sign in?
With your email address — we send you a 6-digit code. There's no password to remember, and you stay signed in on your phone.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Add them on the Team screen with their email. They sign in the same way and see only their own jobs.
Lost the link?
Reply to any of our emails, or ask us and we'll send it again.
Your diary and team
Online bookings only go to times you're free.
How does it know when I'm free?
Connect your own calendar (Google, Outlook or iPhone) once. Anything in it blocks that time, and new bookings arrive as calendar invites. We only see when you're busy — never what your appointments are.
How do I connect my calendar?
Open your app → Availability → "Connect my calendar" and follow the steps for your calendar. It takes about two minutes. Each team member connects their own.
Can two of us take jobs at the same time?
Yes. Add each person or crew, tick the jobs they can do, and set their hours. A time is offered whenever anyone suitable is free, and jobs are shared out fairly.
Holidays and days off?
Add time off in the app (Availability → Time off), or just put it in your own calendar. You can also pause online bookings for yourself at any time.
Your AI receptionist (optional)
Keep your number — calls you can't answer forward to your receptionist. Starter: £25/month for 100 minutes · Busy: £59/month for 400 minutes.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep your usual number. We give your receptionist its own local number behind the scenes, and your phone forwards calls to it.
How do I switch it on?
Open your app → Calls. Choose when it should answer (we recommend "when I can't answer"), pick your type of phone, and follow the steps — usually typing one short code into your phone. Then press "Test it": we ring your number, and if your receptionist picks up you'll see a tick.
Mobile phones
Every UK network uses the same codes. You type them into your phone's keypad once. Your phone still rings first — the receptionist only answers if you're busy, don't pick up or have no signal. To switch it off, dial ##002#.
Landlines (BT and others)
Landlines use similar short codes (for example *61* followed by your receptionist number). On BT Digital Voice you can also switch it on in the My BT app. Office phone systems have a forwarding setting in their portal.
Does forwarding cost extra?
Forwarded calls count as normal UK calls from your phone. On most monthly plans with unlimited minutes there's no extra cost; on pay-as-you-go they use your minutes.
Can you move my landline to you instead?
Yes — request it from the Calls screen. Moving a landline takes 4–6 weeks; keep forwarding on in the meantime. We don't recommend moving a mobile number, because the SIM would stop working as your phone.
What does it say to callers?
It tells callers they're speaking to your AI assistant and that calls may be recorded, then answers questions from your confirmed details, books appointments into your diary and takes messages. You get a summary of every call in your app.
What if I run over my minutes?
Starter: 20p a minute after 100 minutes. Busy: 15p a minute after 400 minutes.
You can switch bundle any month.
Each month
We keep your website working harder for you.
What happens each month?
Essentials: 2 helpful articles written for Google and AI search, checked against your details before they're published.
Growth: 4 articles, new town pages, 4 Google Business Profile posts and a monthly report showing visits, enquiries, bookings and calls.
Do I have to do anything?
No. Just keep your details up to date — tell us when your prices, hours or services change, and everything (website, assistant and receptionist) updates together.
Billing, changes and leaving
No contracts, no surprises.
Where are my invoices?
Open your app → Account → "Payment details & invoices".
What if a payment fails?
We'll let you know and the payment is retried. If it's still unpaid after 14 days we pause your website and receptionist — nothing is deleted — and switch everything back on as soon as it's paid.
How do I cancel?
From your app (Account → Cancel), or just email us. Everything keeps running until the end of the month you've paid for.
What happens to my data and domain?
We email you a download of everything — your website's wording and details, photos, enquiries and bookings. Your domain is yours and we'll help you move it. After 30 days we delete your website data.
Your data and privacy
Built for UK GDPR from the start.
Who's responsible for my customers' data?
You are (the "controller"); we process it for you under our Data Processing Agreement, and we keep it secure, only as long as needed, and in line with UK GDPR.
Is the AI safe to use with customers?
It only answers from details you've confirmed, every answer is checked automatically for made-up prices, claims or promises, and it says when it doesn't know. Gas and safety emergencies get fixed, verified safety advice.
Still stuck? Email hello@digifront.co.uk or reply to any of our emails — a real person will help, and we can set things up with you on the phone.
