Getting help
- Email hello@digifront.example — we reply within one working day (Monday to Friday, UK time).
- Growth customers get priority handling.
- Urgent problems (your website is down, or calls aren't being answered): put URGENT in the subject line and we'll respond as quickly as possible, including weekends.
Asking for changes
- Small changes — text, photos, opening hours, prices, services — just email us. Essentials includes one small change a month; Growth includes priority changes.
- Changes to facts like prices, hours or qualifications are confirmed with you before going live, so your assistant and receptionist never say anything out of date.
- Bigger projects (new sections, redesigns) are quoted in advance.
Billing
- Card customers can update payment details and download invoices from the billing link in their welcome email.
- Direct Debit customers can email us to change bank details.
Service status
We monitor your website, assistant, booking and receptionist around the clock and are alerted automatically if something fails — usually before you'd notice.
