What the service can't be used for.

You must not use the service to
- Break any law or regulation, including consumer-protection, advertising (CAP Code), data-protection and PECR rules.
- Publish false or misleading claims, fake reviews, or qualifications and accreditations you don't hold.
- Collect special category data (health, biometric etc.) or payment card details through forms or the AI assistant.
- Send marketing texts or make marketing calls — the service is for service messages and inbound enquiries only.
- Harass, mislead or impersonate anyone, or hide that callers are speaking to an AI.
- Upload malware, attempt to access other customers' data, or overload or probe our systems.
- Use the AI receptionist for anything unlawful, adult, gambling-related or high-risk (e.g. medical triage, legal or financial advice).
If something goes wrong
We may remove content or suspend features that breach this policy, and will tell you why. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to termination under our Terms of service.
