How our AI works
How our AI avoids guessing, call recording and human oversight.
Draft — to be reviewed by a qualified UK solicitor before taking paying customers. Bracketed items still need completing.

What the AI does
Our website assistant and telephone receptionist answer common questions, check whether you're in a business's service area, show real available appointment times, book appointments and take messages.
Built not to guess
- It answers only from information the business has approved (its knowledge base), the results of live checks such as the diary, and what you tell it.
- If it doesn't know, it says so and offers a booking, a callback or the phone number — it won't make up prices, availability, qualifications or promises.
- Every website reply is checked automatically before you see it; anything not supported by the business's information is blocked and replaced with a safe answer.
- Phone calls are checked afterwards, and any concerns are reviewed by people.
- Safety messages (for example, about gas leaks or carbon monoxide) use fixed, official UK guidance and are given immediately.
Being open about AI
- The assistant and receptionist always say they are AI if asked, and our demo calls introduce themselves as AI.
- Calls may be recorded and transcribed to provide call summaries and improve quality, and are kept for 90 days.
- Confirmation texts are written from fixed templates, not by AI.
Human oversight
Businesses receive every booking and message and can contact customers directly. You can always ask to speak to someone from the business, and you can complain using our Complaints page.
